Garcia Glover is a sales leader, old-school seller, and entrepreneur who sharpened his skills while working for Fortune 500 companies and small businesses alike. For more than 25 years, he sold just about everything from cardboard to technology and has excelled as an Executive, Sales Manager, Key Account Executive, Territory Manager, Sales Trainer, and Coach (college baseball). And, back in the day, Captain Glover was an officer in the U.S. Army. Garcia is also the author of the forthcoming handbook, "Why Are Books About Sales and Selling So Damn Thick?" (Fall 2024).
Garcia is currently a co-founder and managing partner at AxisTD, a leading talent development company. AxisTD helps organizations develop the capabilities of their people to create high-performance workplaces. One area of their expertise is Sales Performance Training, focused on the human element of selling.
